GGN stands for Gunnar Gustavovich Nobel (1914-1987),
The watch was probably a gift from his uncle Emil Nobel (1885-1951), younger brother of Emanuel Nobel (1859.1932). Thence by descent.

The watch is a 19 lines, Guillaume balance wheel. Case polished yellow gold, enamel dial, pears needles steel.
