The Manifiesto blanco, or White Manifesto was written in 1946 by artists and students in Buenos Aires under the direction of Lucio Fontana during his time in Argentina. The manifesto emphasized the importance of new technologies as they pertained to the arts and the pursuit of integrating art and science (Wikipedia). The present edition is a retrospective and tribute to Lucio Fontana. The reproductions are identical to those in the original Manifesto Blanco from 1946, in which Lucio Fontana set the parameters for his art movement, Spatialism.
