Success for the auction The value of Art – A contemporary collection

The season's first and long-awaited auction "The value of Art – A contemporary collection" began with Albert Watson's iconic image of supermodel Naomi Campbell, followed by intense bidding on international and Swedish contemporary art as well as bold design and work of art. After the well-attended viewing, a much-appreciated auction followed. The huge interest shows that the demand for high-quality art and design remains strong at the Nordic region's leading auction house.

The highlights of the evening were Frank Stella, Bernar Venet, Sean Henry, Eva Hild and Bigert & Bergström, whose sculptures attracted bidders from all over the world. The sculptures from these artists resulted in the evening's highest final prices.
