Hermès was founded as early as 1837 by Thierry Hermès. The business initially focused on manufacturing saddles, harnesses, and other accessories for horses and carriages. The well-known flagship store was opened in 1880 at 24 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. The first bags were produced at the beginning of the 20th century, and in 1925, the first garments were sold. The iconic bags, whose designs were influenced by Jane Birkin and others, have also significantly influenced the luxurious feel that is an inherent part of Hermès' identity. Other significant collaborations have been with designers such as Martin Margiela and Jean Paul Gaultier. This collection includes bags, accessories, and shoes in excellent condition.
