A brief summary of the content shows that this auction is dominated by classic wine regions such as Bordeaux, Bourgogne and Rhône. Here we find, among other things, several of the great years of the last century, such as 1929, 1947 and 1982. A few one-of-a-kind bottles of 1929 Château Latour have made their way to us, as well as some very well preserved 1947 Château La Mission Haut-Brion. These are wines that still are up to par and that not only offer a tasteful experience but also a historical journey.
Bourgogne is represented by a number of wines, both at the highest level with prestigious wines from small producers, as well as less famous but with exciting origins. Here is an opportunity to find wines from villages like Fixin, Pommard, Saint Aubin and Santenay. That Bourgogne is a changing region is clear, and development takes place both at the top level and among basic wines.
