Marked Kr. Pr. and HGK 87-88, . for king Oscar I as a crown prince. Sit height 44, length 71 cm.

King Oscar I (1799-1859)
The stencil "Kr. Pr." seems to have originally been used for Karl Johan, but sparingly. It was then reused in connection with the furnishing of Crown Prince Oscar and Josefinas' apartment at Stockholm Palace in 1823.
In the inventory from 1878, the stools were listed in connection with Princess Eugenie's apartment.
Sold in 1890 according to the decision of the Office of the Marshal of the Realm.
