A famille rose vase, Republic with Guangxu mark.
With handle in the shape of deer heads. Decorated in famille verte with flowers against a coral red ground. Interior and base turkoise glazed, gilded rim. Height 15 cm.
Wear. One handle with a chip to an antler.

From the Collection of Claes Wirseen (1939-2020). Pharmacist Claes Wirseen grew up in a family with a passion for Art and Antiques, he and his wife continued the tradition and were frequent visitors to the Fine Art viewings of the Auction Houses in Stockholm. He became interested in Asian art in the 1980’s and started to build up his collcetion at that time, never tiring to learn more about the Asian Ceramics and Works of Art.
