the dimensions of the pearls, most likely natural, ca 10.4 x 7.9 mm and 10.2 x 7.7 mm. The larger diamonds total weight ca 2.22 cts, the other diamonds total weight ca 7.40 cts, silver and 14K gold, dimensions 5.5 x 2.5 cm, total weight 18 g. From the 19th centrury.
