Alkuperä - Provenienssi

According to the text on the back of one commode, they have been in the collection of Gösta Winterbäck (b. 1885). He was a dentist, cultural personality and one of the founders of the Regional museum in Kotka, Finland. After his death they were probably split and ended with two of his daughters. The commodes were purchased by the present owner in Finland in the 1990's at two different sales.
