A large copper alloy head of Buddha Pare, Thailand, presumably Ayutthuya, 18th Century.
Cast with a serene expression, downcast eyes below arched eyebrows, pierced elongated earlobes, gently smiling lips, tall crown. Height 38,5, height with wooden stand 51 cm.
Wear, tarnished.
