INGMAR BERGMAN (1918-2007), 21 letters written by hand, dated 1938-1940 .

All are written to Miss Barbro Hiort af Ornäs and mostly to her summerresidence at Smådalarö. Almost all are from Bergmans military duty in Strängnäs 1938.
In most of the letters he longs for Barbro and complains about his life in the military. A few are from the time after military duty and his time as leader of the theater at Mäster Olofsgården in Stockholm.
