Firma Svenskt Tenn – Consignments are Open for Upcoming Auctions

We are looking for items from Firma Svenskt Tenn

We are currently seeing an increased demand for items from Firma Svenskt Tenn, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. To mark this milestone, Bukowskis is presenting a range of activities during our live and online auctions.

For upcoming auctions, such as the major autumn live auction Modern Art & Design and the recurring themed auction Josef Frank with Friends, we are now seeking design pieces and furniture by Estrid Ericson, Josef Frank, Björn Trägårdh, Anna Petrus, Tyra Lundgren, Uno Åhrén, and others.

Interest in items from Svenskt Tenn has increased significantly in recent years. During the spring's Modern Art & Design auction, the specially curated anniversary section 100 Years with Svenskt Tenn was presented. This section included several rarities, including a magnificent cabinet by Josef Frank from the 1940s, which sold for nearly SEK 2.6 million – the most expensive design object of the season at auction in Sweden. Josef Frank's "Flora" chest of drawers also reached a high bid, selling for SEK 1.2 million, setting a new world record. Additionally, the section closed as a "White Glove" auction, meaning all items were sold. Previous editions of the recurring themed auction Josef Frank with Friends have also achieved great success and high final prices this year.
