Designer

C G Hallberg is a Swedish silversmith workshop that was founded by the silversmith Carl Gustaf Hallberg (1824-1888) in 1860. In 1878, the firm was taken over by Jean Jahnson. Jahnson successfully developed the company, which expanded significantly. Ferdinand Boberg was one of those who designed items for Hallbergs at the beginning of the 20th century; other designers included, to name a few, Vera Ferngren, Gustaf Jansson, Elis Bergh, Sylvia Stave, and Heinz Decker.
