Coffee pot, 25 cm.
Sugar bowl, width 14.5 cm.
Creamer, 9.5 cm.
18 coffee cups with saucers, diameter of the saucers 13.5 cm ( one saucers and two cups not first quality. Five sauces full lace).
12 small plates, 15.5 cm (one with crack and repaired chip, two not first quality).
7 small plates, full lace, 17.5 cm.
candle holder, diameter 11.5 cm.
Oval dish, 23 cm.
Round dish, 26.5 cm.
Wear commensurate with age and use. Not first quality. Two sauces, not first quality, included.
Designer
Bing & Grøndahls porcelain factory was established in 1853 in Copenhagen. Their earlier production consisted mostly of figurines, but in the 1880s began to artistically design tableware and stoneware. After 1987 the factory became part of the Royal Copenhagen company. One of the most famous tableware sets is the Måge set, or Måsen, created by Fanny Garde, which during the 1950s was promoted as Denmark’s national tableware.
