More information

Karl Heinz Sauer with roots in Germany trained as a goldsmith at the legendary school Goldschmiedeschule Pforzheim. In the mid-1960s, he moved to Sweden and soon became a part of the Swedish jewelry avant-garde. Both Sauer's jewelry and other objects, not least his ingenious silver jugs, testify to a complete control of the material he works with and a simultaneous deep artistic capacity.
