Contemporary richly blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards, spine with label lettered in gilt and a few later ms inscriptions, clasps preserved, one catch defective, binding somewhat worn and soiled. A few old annotations on title (partly deleted), initial leaves with recent corner repairs, title with small repair to verso, text darkened toward the end of the volume, rather large dampstains to final leaves incl. endleaves.
