Bukowskis presents a selection of Cartier at Important Spring Sale
Cartier Panthère
Bukowskis presents an exceptional selection of Cartier jewellery at the Spring Important Spring Sale. Several pieces feature one of Cartier's most iconic motifs, the panther. This animal motif emerged in Cartier's repertoire in the 1920s, a decade when the French company experienced a creative explosion.
The panther motif was created by the legendary Jeanne Toussaint, also known as "petite panthère," who served as the creative director at Cartier until the 1970s. Cartier's panther jewellery has been worn by a long line of iconic trendsetters, from the Duchess of Windsor to Jay-Z. It is considered a must-have in every jewellery collection. The panther jewellery featured in the auction is directly linked to Cartier's golden age and is executed with the virtuosic precision for which Cartier has become renowned.
The jewellery will be sold on Important Spring Sale
