THE SPECIALISTS CHOICE: IMPORTANT TIMEPIECES

Hi Nina Westerlund, head specialist watches at Bukowskis! Which ones are your four favorites among the watches from Important Timepieces?

No. 5 - Heuer Montreal, ”Tachymetre Pulsations”, it’s colorful and has a lot of character, with a groundbreaking design from the 1970’s. d
No. 29 - Jaeger-Le Coultre Reverso, a stylish and legendary watch, with a visible mechanism in the case.
No. 57 - Omega Ranchero, an incredibly beautiful vintage watch is a good size.
No. 76 - Rolex Oyster Perpetual, day-date, a classic with perfect proportions and a beautiful color combination.

If a person wants to start buying unique watches at auction, what should they consider?
For those that are interested in investing in and buying a new watch I recommend thinking ahead about what you like in consideration to material, clockwork and size and then try on as many watches as possible at our viewing!

How come you specialized in watches?
I originally became interested in watches after my education as a goldsmith, the detailed work and the fascinating mechanics behind them never stops impressing me.
