Pasi Rauhala is a visual artist born in Lahti in 1978, who holds a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts from Aalto University School of Art and Design. Rauhala’s works deal with memories, humanity and various encounters. They are interactive and challenge the viewer to act. The materials used for these works are often old and well-worn artefacts, each with its own history that Rauhala supplements with a new interpretation.
