Height of chalice 14 cm. Spoon stamped with Minerva mark and "Gallot". Length of spoon 18 cm. Original silk lined leather case embossed with "N" "E" under crown. A handwritten letter dated 1912 is included.

Insignificant wear.

The beaker and spoon were possibly produced to commemorate the marriage between Napoleon III and Eugénie de Montijo 1853.
