Painted with a lotus scroll, the inside with flower medallion, the base with apochryphal mark, 12.5 cm diameter. With wood stand.

The foot with two old chips, the glaze with scratches.

Provenance

From the Bengt Norrlinder Collection. The collection has been sensitively put together by the avid collector, an active member of the Oriental Ceramic Society, over the past twenty years. Buying from old Swedish collections, auctions and on travels abroad, the collection shows a great interest in glazes and potting techniques garnered from extensive study of the subject. It is a broad and comprehensive study collection.
