" 'Héraklès' (Poème de Max-Pol Fouchet. Les gravures originales de Bengt Lindström)". Following motifs: "Le lion de Némée"; "L'hydre de Lerne"; "La biche de Cérynie"; "Le sanglier de d'Érymanthe"; "Les oiseaux du lac Stymphale"; "Les Écuries d'Augias"; "Le Minotaure"; "Diomède"; "Hippolyte, Reine des Amazones"; "Les troupeaux de Géyron"; "Le jardin des Hespérides" and "Cerbère". Sheet size circa 75.5 x 56 cm each. Printed by Claude Manesse, Paris in June 1977. Portfolio also comprises pages with the actual poem as well as justification du tirage numbered Exemplaire 27.

Portfolio/protective cover with minor wear and stains. Some pages with text with minor folds/creases. Paper somewhat discoloured/yellowed.

Provenance

Acquired directly from the artist in Umeå in the north of Sweden in 1977.
