Two porcelain charges, China, late Qing dynasty.
Decorated in enamel colours. One plate with a central vignette of three peaches surrounded by Buddhist auspicious symbols and a ruyi border, diameter 29.5 cm. The other plate with a central motif of two peaches and a bat surrounded by birds as well as lotus, chrysanthemum, prunus, and peonies, a ruyi border, diameter 34 cm.
Some wear. Glaze spots and firing flaws. Occasional small chip.
