A late Gustavian mirror, around 1800.
Gilded and bronzed. Painted plaster panels with antique-inspired figure scenes. Decorated with, among other things, pearl borders, columns with Doric capitals, and a crowning rosette. Height 180, width 75 cm.
Cracks due to dryness of the material. Later painting. Crazing. Some wear. Crack to the glass.
