Two familjen Rose porcelain dishes, late Qing dynasty.
Decorated in enamel colours. One plate features motifs of prunus, chrysanthemum, lotus, and peony; symbols of the four seasons. The second plate is adorned with floral garlands, bats, and double shou characters for happiness, and the backside with fruits. Diameter 24.5-28.5 cm.
Chips. Cracks. Some wear.
