Given their geographical proximity, Ahar and Heriz share certain manufacturing traditions. However, Ahar carpets feature a unique palette of patterns and motifs that distinguish them from Heriz carpets. Ahar carpets often have softer, more flowing, and rounded designs, whereas Heriz carpets are known for their geometric patterns and expansive bold medallions.
