This artwork, created by Gaetano Pesce, is an interpretation of the well-known Alvar Aalto Library in Vyborg, a masterpiece of the modern movement. The distorted shape symbolises the current poor condition and decay of the library. Gaetano Pesce's sculpture is produced in a series of 700 numbered copies, 100 of which are signed by the artist. Each numbered copy is an individual work of art and differs from all the others in shape and colour.
