An antique Heris/Karadja carpet, approximately 501 x 339-353 cm
A red melange ground with a polychrome medallion, corner ornaments, and large stylized palmettes and flower vines. A wide dark blue main border with stylized a palmette, flower, leaf, arabesque, and pomegranate vine.
Partly some wear, slightly dirty, minor stains. Minor fold wear at the sides and ends.
