Contemporary Lyonnais panelled calf, small gilt rosette in panels of spine, small central ornament and fleuron cornerpieces in gilt. Worn and rubbed, spine damaged, corners worn, a few margins lightly spotted, top fore-corners at the end lightly waterstained. A few neat old annotations. Provenance: Henri Houmes, 1663 (ownership inscription on front paste-down).
