Depending on the option you choose, your item will be delivered to your home, or to your nearest representative or collection point. Book your delivery at My pages. Shipping for small items costs from 149 SEK. The normal delivery time is 1-5 working days and you will receive an e-mail when the package has arrived at the pickup point or is out for delivery.
You can also have the item delivered straight to your home at the address given as your invoicing address when paying via Klarna. The carrier can also deliver the item to the location of your choice within your home, which may incur an additional charge.
Carrier services’ shipping times may vary and may depend on the size and weight of your item, the collection address and the destination. Normal shipping times are 5-7 working days within Sweden, 10 working days to Finland. The carrier will contact you 1-3 days before delivery to agree a time that suits you. They will also phone you before arrival.
The carrier will ship your item between our offices in the Nordic countries. Once you have paid for your item, you can order shipping to the office of your choice (does not apply to Arsenalsgatan in Stockholm). This option is available if you are logged into My pages.
Carrier services’ shipping times may vary and may depend on your item’s size, whether it is complicated to wrap, its weight and its destination. Normally it takes 1-2 weeks. Transport: You can easily book a home delivery for your item through My pages.
Collection: Items can also be collected during the ongoing live auction at the premises located at Berzelii Park in Sweden or in Västberga (as specified in the SMS/email sent out during the live auction). In Finland, you can collect your item at Mastgatan 4.

You can have your bottles sent to the following Systembolaget stores. Price 100 SEK per item.

If you do not want delivery, you can pick up your item at one of our local offices where the item is located. The location can be found on the item page and under "My pages" and our addresses and opening hours can be found here
To speed up delivery and minimize waiting time, we encourage you to book a day for pick up.
Unfortunately, we cannot package items handled by other transport companies due to the risk of damage.
For items that have not been picked up within the specified time (7 days for online only, 8 days for live auctions), one will be charged storage fee of SEK 50 incl. VAT per item and day.

Bukowskis does not have its own delivery service and never acts as a carrier/transport service. Bukowskis’ role is to act as an agent for shipping services and the actual shipping is carried out by MTAB, Bring Parcels AB, DHL, Best or other companies selected by Bukowskis. The shipping cost includes goods picking, loading, packaging and delivery checks.
