More information

The watercolors were executed as proposals for wall decor in the large size of the salon in the bank manager Rudolf Bothén home in Paris, head of the Banque de Suède. They were intended to be placed as counterpart around the fireplace. The large paintings (416x226) were delivered in November 1922. Today is one of the paintings - the woman lying in the foreground - deposited in Hälsingland Museum, while the other unfortunately was cut into three parts. Original paintings are well composition proposals.
