Owe Gustafson, born in 1940 in Eskilstuna, is a Swedish film animator, illustrator, graphic artist, and author. Gustafson has been based in Stockholm since studying at Konstfack from 1959 to 1964.

He is perhaps best known for his illustrations and animations for the children's program "Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter" (Five Ants are More than Four Elephants), which premiered on SVT in 1973.

Owe Gustafson has exhibited in Paris, New York, and Tokyo. In Sweden, he has had solo exhibitions at venues such as Eskilstuna Art Museum, Seriegalleriet, Tomelilla Art Hall, and the Drawing Museum in Laholm. Gustafson's works are represented in collections including Kalmar Art Museum.
