Hexagonal bowl, turquoise glazed inside, the exterior decorated with goldfish, diameter 11.2 cm.
Bowl on foot, decorated with goldfish in turquoise, pink, and yellow, diameter 17.5 cm.
Lotus-shaped bowl, turquoise glazed inside, the exterior decorated with two herons in a lotus pond, diameter 14 cm.
Bowl with scalloped form, decorated with peonies against a celadon green background, diameter 17.5 cm.
Vase, baluster-shaped, decorated with antiques, the base with an artemisia leaf, height 12.5 cm.

Two of the bowls with cracks. Minor chips. Glaze spots. Some pieces with wear.

Provenance

From the collection of Ester and Gustav Nyström (1899-1957), who lived in China 1924-1949 and worked for the Swedish Missionary Assossiation. Then they lived in Hong Kong 1949-52. Gustaf Nyström later came to work as an inerpreter for Dag Hammarskjöld. Thence by descent within the family.
