A Chinese embroidered silk robe and a buzi and five other silk embroideries, early 20th century.
The length of the robe is 100 cm, the width between the sleeves is 148 cm, the width at the chest is 52 cm, the length from the armpit down to the hem is 67 cm.
The dimensions of the embroideries 11.5 - 35.5 cm.
The dimensions of the buzi 70 x 30 cm.
The red cloth has tears. Stains. Wear due to age and use.
Provenance
From the collection of the Finnish attaché Harry Arvid Uggeldahl (1931-1991), who was based in Beijing ca 1963-1965. Thence by descent within the family.
