A Swedish Sterling Silver Pepper- and Salt Cellar with Spoons, mark of Atelier Borgila, Stockholm 1968.
Interior gilding. Rectangular with a hinged lid, smooth with rounded corners and a cut-out for spoons, internally two compartments. 6.2 x 4, height 1.8 cm. Two spade-shaped spoons, length 6.3-6.4 cm. Total weight 87 grams. The box and both spoons with hallmarks.

Atelier Borgila was founded by Erik Fleming in 1921. The firm quickly established a solid clientele, and its work was characterized by high quality combined with a stylish elegance. The firm was taken over in 1959 by his son Lars Fleming, who successfully continued the workshop and company until 2005 when the firm was sold to the silversmith Henrik Ingemansson
