Decorated in lacquer and gilding featuring five doves perched on a flowering branch in a landscape. Lock plate in the shape of a 'kamon' 家紋 (family crest) metal shield. Height 24.5, length 54.5, depth 43.5 cm.

Wear. Loss of lacquer and colour. Residue at the sides. The base might have been reinforced. Key missing.
