Tomas Anagrius is a Swedish studio ceramist. He was educated at Konstfack, Stockholm from 1956 to 1961. After working as an intern at the Gustavsberg and Rörstrand porcelain factories, he was employed as a designer for several years. In 1963, he started his first own studio in Alingsås before moving to Kvidinge in Skåne in 1967. He has worked with both earthenware and primarily with thrown stoneware. Tomas Anagrius is represented at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Nordic Museum in Stockholm, the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg, Kulturen in Lund, and the museums in Helsingborg, Höganäs, and Eskilstuna, as well as the Rackstad Museum in Arvika. He has participated in numerous exhibitions, both in Sweden and internationally, and has had a large number of solo exhibitions. He has also completed several public art commissions in Sweden.
