A carrige cushion, knotted pile in relief, ca 43,5 x 100 cm (with mounting 51 x 107,5 cm), southwestern Scania, Sweden
around 1790-1825. A red flat woven ground with a knotted polychrome pattern of three connected medallions with hearts as well as rhombs. A trellis patterned border. Lined and mounted.
Some partly hard wear, minor stains, insignificant damages and repairs.
