Oskar Pihl (1890-1959) was a goldsmith and jeweller who during his time working for his uncle Albert Holmström in St. Petersburg designed smaller objects for Fabergé. His siter was Alma Pihl, one of the most known jewellery designer for Fabergé. In 1925 Pihl started working as a designer, goldsmith and later on as head designer in Alexander Tillander's workshop in Helsinki and worked there until his death in 1959.
