Surtout coat for civil official of higher rank. Dark green wool with light green borders and blue velvet sleeves. Silvered buttons with the imperial eagle, in two rows. Collar with silver embroidery and two gilt stars. The inside with maker's mark V. Grasshoff Helsingfors". Length 90 cm.
Minor wear due to age and use.

Вицмундир гражданского чиновника высокого ранга. Изготовлен из зеленой шерстяной ткани, с темно-синими бархатными обшлагами. Воротник-стойка вышит серебром. Двойной ряд пуговиц с двуглавым орлом. На внутренней стороне мундира ярлык изготовителя: V. Grasshoff Helsingfors. Длина 90 см
