In 1912 Arabia arranged a design competition for dinnerware. Eric O.W. Ehrström won first price with this service with original decor. It was called XI-service. The dinner service was produced only by order in 1912-1925. Just a few were ordered. One tureen with cover is included in the collection of the Design Museum in Helsinki.
