DIAMOND 2.63 CT

Old cut H / I1. c 8,5 x 8,5 square shape with rounded corners.

Provenance

The diamond origins from a tiara belonging to the lady-of-waiting at the russian court Alexandra Kotzebue-Pilar von Pilchaus (1877-1959).
The tiara was granted her 12.1.1878 by "Ukaze imperial"
Due to very strict export regulations the tiara had to be cut up and the diamonds were extracted in Estonia 1939 when the baltic germans left.
The diamond has been in the family all the time.
