A unique Marimekko long dress designed by Kerstin Enbom (form. Ratia) in the Kolibri print by Katsuji Wakisaka. In the 1960s and 1970s, Marimekko created an array of exclusive knit dresses made of Finnish wool.

About the dress designer
Kerstin Enbom (prev. Ratia) is a Finnish designer known for her work at Marimekko from 1965-1979. She designed up to 48 prints for ready to wear clothing and 38 for the home interior.

About the print designer
Pattern designer Katsuji Wakisaka was the first Japanese textile designer working for Marimekko. Inspired by Finnish nature, his designs were characterized by a free and playful approach to pattern composition and a vivid and exuberant color palette. Wakisaka designed print patterns for Marimekko from 1968 to 1976 and again in 2001.
