The address in London refers to the photo studio in Shepherd's Bush, where Anton Corbijn worked during the 1990s.
Anton Corbijn is a Dutch photographer and film director, famous for pictures of the biggest stars of our time.
The hallmark of Anton Corbijn is his spontaneous and emotional images. Anton Corbijn has photographed the members of U2 and Rolling Stones since the 1980s, but also Miles Davis, Bruce Springsteen, Sean Penn, Clint Eastwood, David Bowie, Tom Waits and many others.
The photo museum in Stockholm, Fotografiska, exhibited Anton Corbijn both in 2012 (Inwards and onwards) and 2016 (1-2-3-4).
Anton Corbijn's famous portrait of Leonard Cohen was taken in London in 1992, during the same period as the Canadian singer recorded the album "The Future”. The album became a great success worldwide. Three of the songs were later used by director Oliver Stone as a soundtrack in Quentin Tarantino's movie "Natural Born Killers”.
