Folkform Libreria Lamp is inspired by Library interiors and was first exhibited in an old bookbinders workshop in Milan in 2017. The lamp is manufactured by Örsjö belysning but the piece in the auction have been developed by Folkform as a studio piece. This first edition Klein Blue series will be produced and sold by the studio in limited edition. The colour is inspired by the Klein Blue which is a pure ultramarine blue that Yves Klein claimed to have invented.
Art and design duo Anna Holmquist and Chandra Ahlsell of Folkform were awarded the Bruno Mathsson prize in June 2019. The prize has been awarded annually since 1984 and is the most prestigious design prize in Scandinavia.
