Glazed ceramic mounted on a wall-hanging panel, signed "R oAlberius Sweden 397.(?)", diameter approx. 40 cm, the panel measures 51x50 cm, protruding from the wall approx. 17 cm.
Loose ceramic part included. Ceramic parts are missing. Stains.

Artist
Olle Alberius was a Swedish designer and glass artist. From 1963 to 1971, Alberius was associated with Rörstrands Porslinsfabrik, where he worked partly with works of art, partly with tableware. From 1971 he was active at Orrefors glassworks, where he designed both classic tableware such as Victoria (1978) and Erik (1974), art glass in the Ariel and Graal technique as well as cut crystal sculptures.
