A parure in 18K gold with pearls, 19th century
Comprising a brooch, a pair of earrings and a necklace, diameter of brooch 43 mm, dimensions of earrings ca 18 X 45 mm, dimensions of pendant ca 29 X 43 mm, length 37 cm, total weight 30 g. Necklace clasp signed Gustaf Möllenborg, Stockholm 1866. Accompanied by a fitted case.
Hooks for earrings in low carat gold. Age-related wear. Scratches. One pearl is missing from one of the earrings.
Provenance
Carolin Ramel née von Rosen (1885-1969), periodically residing at Övedskloster. This was a gift to her from her mother Caroline von Rosen, who in turn had received it from her own mother.
