A 'Blue Fluted Plain' / 'Musselmalet' tureen with cover and stand, Royal Copenhagen, the stand model '463' 1893-1900.

Tureen with handles and wave-shaped finial with gilded spiral. Decorated with underglaze blue and gilding. Height of the tureen 19 cm, length between handles 23 cm. The tureen marked with so-called 'bølgelinier' or wave pattern, circa 1850-1890. The stand with rocaille-shaped handles, length between handles 31 cm, marked '1/463' to base, blue painter's mark '2.' and green stamp 'Danmark'. The stand with two lines in the glaze underneath.
