Jern's Weapon Collection

The themed auction Jern's Weapon Collection showcases parts of the impressive collection that Karl-Johan Jern began to build as early as the 1950s. Over the years, the collection was expanded through purchases at auctions and from various dealers, including Bukowskis. In 1982, it was documented in a publication by Kåa Wennberg, where it was described as an "exquisite collection of weapons" shaped by "the owner's excellent eye for quality" – an assessment we fully agree with.

This auction features works by some of the most renowned pistol and rifle makers, including Swedish masters like Nusbaum, Bars, and Gerhardt, as well as European luminaries such as Penterman, Becher, and de Sellier. The selection ranges from elegant European rapiers from the early 1600s to classic American revolvers, making the collection both diverse and timeless.
