Inherited from Wiwen Nilsson's father, Anders Nilsson, containing a wooden hammer, a metal hammer, a hand tongs, an anvil, and an iron with a hole at an angle, the stump's diameter 33 cm, height excluding tools 53 cm.
Wear commensurate with age and use. Marks. Scratches.

"Silversmith Wiwen Nilsson", Kersti Holmquist 1990, the stump is depicted on page 17 in the form of an ink drawing from the Kulturens in Lund collection, executed by Carl Persson from Anders Nilsson's workshop.
The metal hammer or "sledgehammer" as it is referred to in the book, is depicted on page 220.
